Kukulclean Terms and Conditions
1. Agreement to Terms
• By booking a cleaning service with Kukulclean, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Kukulclean reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and any changes will be posted on our website.
2. Service Scope and Limitations
• Cleaning Services: Kukulclean provides oven cleaning and other specified cleaning services. This service includes cleaning of the oven, trays, racks, and glass. However, repairs, parts replacement, or deep maintenance of internal electrical components are not included.
• Service Scope Changes: If the client requests additional services outside the original agreement, additional fees may apply. Any amendments must be confirmed in writing.
3. Pricing and Payment
• Estimates and Pricing: Prices are based on the scope of work discussed at the time of booking. Kukulclean reserves the right to adjust pricing if the condition of the appliance requires more intensive cleaning than initially assessed.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments via cash, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. Receipts are available upon request.
• Late Payments: Unpaid balances after 14 days may be subject to a late fee of 5%.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Client Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Kukulclean Cancellations: Kukulclean reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff shortages. We will notify clients as soon as possible and arrange an alternative date.
5. Access to Property
• Client Responsibility: Clients must ensure Kukulclean staff have unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. Failure to do so may result in a rescheduling fee.
• Safety and Accessibility: Kukulclean reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is deemed unsafe or unsanitary.
6. Liability
• Existing Damage: Kukulclean is not liable for any existing damage to appliances or property. Clients should inform us of any issues with their appliances before the service begins.
• New Damages: In the unlikely event of damage caused by Kukulclean, clients must notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the claim and may offer compensation or repair at our discretion.
7. Customer Satisfaction and Complaints
• Satisfaction Guarantee: Kukulclean strives for high-quality service. If the client is dissatisfied, they must contact us within 24 hours to address concerns. We may offer a re-clean if deemed necessary.
• Complaint Resolution: Kukulclean will make every effort to resolve complaints amicably. We encourage clients to communicate directly with us regarding any issues.
8. Privacy Policy
• Data Collection: Kukulclean collects only necessary client information for booking and service provision. We will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
9. Governing Law
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be resolved under UK jurisdiction.
